He has incredible presence in the kitchen: quiet, fast, precise, and graceful. Yes way, Jose gets it done before the thought even dawns on anyone else. The man’s got razor sharp talent and know how to use it.

Kerri’s an experienced pro with skills for dough. She’s as at-home leading a kitchen as she is wrangling her pack of (the cutest) dogs. She’s fast and precise and always sparking ideas.
